The AIVP is pleased to announce the release of the publication dedicated to the 2024 edition of the AIVP Antoine Rufenacht Prize. This book presents all submitted projects, with a particular focus on the laureates and finalists. It highlights the key moments of this first edition as well as the full process that guided its implementation. The publication also includes a special booklet dedicated to the winner of this inaugural edition, SAPT Tanger Ville, recognized for its redevelopment project of Tangier’s City Port area.

The publication was officially unveiled in New York during the AIVP World Conference, in the presence of the winning and finalist teams, several jury representatives, and many members of the network. This launch provided an opportunity to showcase the work carried out by the laureates and to reaffirm the importance of the Prize in promoting high-impact initiatives for port territories.

AIVP is already looking ahead to 2026 for the second edition of the Prize, with the renewed ambition to highlight the most outstanding city-port interface development projects—those that contribute to strengthening the city-port relationship and building more sustainable port cities.
