This project is the culmination of a long process for the creation of an emblematic place of the Sète Frontignan site. It aimed to create a welcoming and gathering space for the nautical stakeholders, with a focus on the Port-City interface.

Initiated by the Gabonese government in 2013, the Baie des Rois is an urban planning project stemming from Gabon National Infrastructure Master Plan. It is the starting point for more than 400 hectares of urban redevelopment in downtown Libreville.

The project carried by the Nautical Sea Development Centre Port-Saint-Louis-Provence aims to create a unique multihull spot in the Mediterranean serving as a focal point for maritime enthusiasts and tourists.
